Refund + Exchange Policy

Please allow 2-4 business days processing time for standard orders to ship. If you select Priority shipping at checkout, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. These 1-2 business days are in addition to the time it takes for your package to arrive.

Priority shipping guarantees that USPS will deliver your package within 2-3 days. Please understand that they are still experiencing delays due to COVID and are doing the best they can. We are not responsible for any delays with USPS and will not refund shipping costs for their delay.  

Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we have access to the same information as the customer. If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, we would recommend completing a Missing Mail Search Request by going to This will prompt USPS to search for your package and in most cases it is found within a few days. 

To qualify for free domestic shipping, the total before shipping must exceed $75. Once the subtotal meets the minimum, free shipping will appear as an option.

We will do our best to respond to order changes as long as we receive your communication before the order has been shipped. Please double check your cart prior to placing your order. Please understand that some orders are processed quickly, and there may not be a chance to make changes before orders shipped. In the case that an order ships and you need to make a change, you must return the item in question before a replacement item will be shipped. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be charged for returned items. 
Cancellations on pending orders cannot be made after 24 hours have passed. Once you receive your order you may process a return or exchange but orders cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour window. Orders cannot be canceled once they've already shipped. 

Please inspect your items before wearing or washing. If your item is damaged or defective, please send an email to within 7 days of delivery. Please include pictures of the damaged item as well as your order number (found on your packing slip). If you receive an incorrect item, please email us with pictures and your order number within 7 days of delivery so we can correct the issue as soon as possible. If there is an error on our part, the customer will not be responsible for paying shipping to return the items.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging their item unless there is an error on our part.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please inspect your item as soon as you receive it. We cannot return or exchange an item if it has been altered in any way.
Make sure to contact us for an RMA# and a return shipping address before sending any items back. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses or for items sent in without an RMA#. 
To complete your return or exchange please notify us via email at before you mail us back your product. If you have already emailed us before you read this then you do not need to email us again.

Please include the following information in your return package: first and last name on the order, email, and order number. 

REFUNDS (if applicable)
We charge a 20% restocking fee & initial shipping charges are non refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 7-10 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do accept exchanges. To exchange your item you will need to email us and let us know that you are wanting to exchange your item before mailing it back. (unless you have already emailed us) Once we receive your item in the mail we will email you within 7-10 business days with a checkout code worth the dollar amount of your exchange.

Please read the following information prior to initiating an exchange:
  • An RMA# is required.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want an exchange you are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
  • Seasonal/Holiday Items are not eligible for returns. Exchanges on these items may be made as long as it is not after 30 days before the holiday.

If you are shipping items worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
